This Refund Policy applies to paid Artycen Creator and Creator Pro memberships. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for these transactions and processes eligible refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights available where you live.

1. General Rule

Except where required by applicable law or approved under this policy, completed membership charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused time, unused Cen generations, or benefits you chose not to use.

2. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Local law may give consumers an unconditional period to withdraw from a digital service purchase. Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable mandatory consumer laws determine whether a statutory withdrawal or refund right applies in your region.

These rights may be limited after digital service access or use begins where applicable law permits and you provided the required consent. Lemon Squeezy's policy in effect at the time of your transaction and applicable mandatory law determine final eligibility.

3. Technical Failure or Material Defect

Contact us if a persistent technical failure materially prevents access to the paid features described at purchase. We will reasonably attempt to restore access or correct the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, Lemon Squeezy may approve a full or partial refund as required by applicable consumer law or its refund policy.

Temporary maintenance, ordinary generation variability, dissatisfaction with a particular AI output, exhausted usage allowances, policy enforcement, or unsupported user devices do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the purchased service was materially not provided as described.

4. Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Incorrect Charges

Report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly calculated charges promptly through Lemon Squeezy customer support and notify contact@artycen.com so we can assist with account and subscription records. Lemon Squeezy may request transaction or identity information to investigate the charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

You may request a refund by:

  • Using the receipt or manage-subscription link in Lemon Squeezy's transaction email.
  • Opening the billing management portal from your Artycen pricing or account page.
  • Contacting Lemon Squeezy customer support through the links provided in your receipt or customer portal.

Include the purchase email, transaction identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request. If approved, Lemon Squeezy generally returns funds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method, and your financial institution.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through billing management or Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Unless a refund or immediate termination is required, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and paid benefits remain available until then.

7. Refund Effects and Abuse

If a charge is refunded, access to the corresponding paid membership may end immediately and associated plan allowances may be removed. Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulation, subject to mandatory law.

8. Governing Payment Terms and Contact

Lemon Squeezy's terms and refund practices also govern payment refunds. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and the applicable Lemon Squeezy terms control the transaction. Product-access questions may be sent to contact@artycen.com.
