Content Policy

1. General Content Principles

Artycen is built for creative expression. Users may share original works, fictional works, illustrations, comics, stories, games, AI-generated content, commentary, and other creative materials, as long as they comply with this Content Policy and applicable law.

Content may be removed, restricted, relabeled, hidden from search or recommendations, or otherwise moderated if we believe it violates this Policy, creates legal risk, causes harm, or conflicts with the purpose of Artycen.

Users are responsible for the content they upload, publish, tag, label, or share on Artycen.

2. Allowed Creative Content

Artycen generally allows creative content, including but not limited to:

• Original illustrations and artwork.
• Comics, manga-style works, webtoons, and visual stories.
• Fiction, novels, short stories, scripts, and written works.
• Game-related creative content.
• Adult illustrations, adult fiction, adult comics, and adult games, subject to age restrictions and labeling requirements.
• AI-generated or AI-assisted creative works, subject to AI labeling requirements.
• Fictional, artistic, literary, satirical, or transformative works, where permitted by this Policy.

3. Adult Content

Artycen may allow adult-oriented creative content involving fictional adult characters, virtual characters, illustrated characters, comic characters, novel characters, or game characters, provided that the content complies with this Policy and applicable law.

Adult content may include sexual themes, nudity, erotic fiction, adult illustrations, adult comics, adult games, or other mature fictional creative works.

Adult content must be properly marked using the applicable adult content labels or settings provided by Artycen.

Users under 18 years old are not permitted to access, enable, view, upload, or interact with adult content. Adult content visibility features are not made available to users under 18.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal adulthood in your jurisdiction if higher, to upload, view, enable, or interact with adult content on Artycen.

4. Adult Content Labeling Requirements

If content contains mature, sexual, violent, disturbing, or otherwise sensitive material, users must accurately apply the relevant labels, tags, or content settings.

This includes, but is not limited to, content involving:

• Sexual themes or nudity.
• Explicit adult fictional content.
• Erotic fiction or sexualized written content.
• Adult comics, adult illustrations, or adult games.
• Graphic violence, gore, disturbing imagery, or intense horror themes.
• Other material that may reasonably be considered mature or sensitive.

If adult content or sensitive content is not properly labeled, Artycen may add or modify labels, remove the content, restrict visibility, suspend the account, or take other enforcement action.

Repeated failure to properly label adult or sensitive content may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated and AI-assisted content is allowed on Artycen, provided that it complies with this Policy, our Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

If content was created, generated, substantially modified, or materially assisted by artificial intelligence tools, users must apply the applicable AI label or AI tag.

Users are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties.

If AI-generated content is not properly labeled, Artycen may add or modify the AI label, remove the content, restrict visibility, suspend the account, or take other enforcement action.

Repeated failure to properly label AI-generated or AI-assisted content may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

6. Fictional and Artistic Depictions

Artycen may allow fictional, artistic, literary, satirical, or transformative depictions of mature themes when they are clearly presented as fictional creative works and do not promote or facilitate real-world harm.

Fictional adult characters, virtual characters, illustrated characters, comic characters, novel characters, and game characters may be permitted in mature or adult-oriented creative works, provided that the content does not violate this Policy or applicable law.

Artycen may consider context, artistic purpose, fictional framing, labeling, presentation, potential harm, and legal risk when reviewing mature or sensitive content.

7. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Artycen:

• Sexual content involving real children, real teenagers, or real minors.
• Photos or videos of real minors in sexual, exploitative, or suggestive contexts.
• Sexual content based on, depicting, identifying, or targeting real minors.
• Content that sexualizes real minors, including edited, altered, or AI-generated material based on real minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or revenge pornography.
• Illegal recordings, hidden camera content, voyeuristic content, or content shared without consent.
• Sexual deepfakes or sexually explicit content involving real people without consent.
• Content that impersonates, exploits, or sexualizes real people in a non-consensual manner.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive schemes, or misleading commercial activity.
• Malware, malicious code, credential theft, or attempts to compromise Artycen or its users.
• Content that incites, threatens, praises, or coordinates real-world violence.
• Content that promotes or instructs users to commit illegal acts.
• Content that attempts to bypass moderation, age restrictions, content filters, or account enforcement.

8. Minors and Sexual Content

Artycen has zero tolerance for sexual content involving real minors. This includes real children, real teenagers, real minors, and any sexual content based on real minors.

Users must not upload, request, distribute, promote, link to, or otherwise share sexual content involving real minors.

This prohibition applies to photos, videos, edited media, altered media, AI-generated media, realistic synthetic media, text, links, requests, comments, and any other material involving real minors in a sexual or exploitative context.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

9. Real People, Consent, and Deepfakes

Users must not upload or share sexual deepfakes, non-consensual sexual images, revenge pornography, hidden camera content, or sexually explicit content involving real people without their consent.

Users must not create or share content that uses a real person's name, face, likeness, voice, identity, or personal information in a sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful way without permission.

This restriction applies to real people, public figures, private individuals, creators, performers, and other users.

10. Violence, Gore, and Harmful Content

Fictional violence, horror, action, dark fantasy, or dramatic conflict may be permitted when clearly presented as fictional or artistic content and properly labeled where necessary.

However, content may be removed or restricted if it promotes, celebrates, instructs, coordinates, or encourages real-world violence, self-harm, abuse, torture, terrorism, or criminal activity.

Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing material must be properly labeled. Artycen may remove or restrict such content depending on severity, context, presentation, and legal or safety concerns.

11. Copyright and Ownership

Users must only upload content that they own, created, are authorized to use, or otherwise have the legal right to share.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe or violate the rights of others.

12. Spam, Misleading Content, and Platform Abuse

Users must not use Artycen to post spam, mass-generated low-quality content, deceptive links, phishing attempts, malicious files, fake engagement, impersonation, or misleading content designed to manipulate users or platform systems.

Artycen may restrict, remove, or downrank content that appears to abuse search, tags, recommendations, feeds, or discovery systems.

13. Tags, Labels, and Metadata

Users must not intentionally misuse tags, labels, categories, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, or metadata in a way that deceives users, bypasses filters, hides restricted content, or manipulates discovery.

Artycen may correct, remove, or modify tags, labels, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, or visibility settings when necessary to enforce this Policy.

14. Thumbnails and Previews

Thumbnails and previews must comply with this Policy. Content that is allowed behind an adult content filter may still be restricted as a thumbnail or preview if it exposes adult, graphic, or disturbing material to users who have not chosen or are not eligible to view such content.

Artycen may remove, replace, blur, restrict, or disable thumbnails and previews that violate this Policy or create safety, legal, or user experience concerns.

15. Reports and Review

Users may report content that they believe violates this Policy. Artycen may review reported content using manual review, automated systems, user reports, internal moderation tools, or other reasonable methods.

After review, Artycen may decide to leave content available, add or modify labels, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other enforcement action.

16. Enforcement Actions

Artycen may take enforcement actions at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Adding or correcting content labels.
• Adding or correcting AI-generated content tags.
• Adding or correcting adult content labels.
• Removing content.
• Restricting content visibility.
• Removing content from search.
• Removing content from recommendations.
• Limiting account features.
• Temporarily suspending accounts.
• Permanently terminating accounts.
• Blocking access to the Service.
• Reporting illegal content to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Artycen is not required to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.

17. Appeals and Corrections

If you believe your content was removed, restricted, or labeled in error, you may contact us at contact@artycen.com. We may review appeals at our discretion.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration of content, removal of labels, or reversal of enforcement action.

18. Changes to This Content Policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, moderation practices, legal obligations, safety standards, or community needs.

Your continued use of Artycen after an updated Content Policy becomes effective means that you agree to the updated Policy.
