Our goal is to support creative expression while maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment. By using Artycen, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Content Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and DMCA & Copyright Policy.
1. General Community Principles
Artycen is a place for creative expression, discussion, discovery, and community participation. Users are expected to interact with others in a way that respects personal boundaries, creative rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.
Disagreement, criticism, parody, mature discussion, and strong opinions may be allowed. However, users must not use Artycen to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, impersonate, deceive, or abuse others.
2. Respect Other Users
Users must treat others with basic respect. You may criticize ideas, works, posts, or public statements, but you must not target people with abuse, threats, intimidation, or coordinated harassment.
The following behavior is not allowed:
- Direct threats of violence or harm.
- Wishing, encouraging, or calling for harm against another person.
- Repeated insults, targeted abuse, or hostile messages directed at a user.
- Degrading or humiliating someone in a targeted or abusive way.
- Encouraging others to harass, attack, or mass-report a user.
- Using comments, posts, tags, usernames, or profile information to abuse another person.
3. Harassment and Bullying
Harassment and bullying are not allowed on Artycen. This includes repeated or severe behavior intended to intimidate, shame, silence, degrade, or drive another person away from the platform.
Prohibited harassment may include:
- Repeated unwanted messages, comments, mentions, or replies.
- Targeted insults, humiliation, or personal attacks.
- Mocking or degrading someone based on personal characteristics.
- Creating posts or accounts to attack or shame a specific person.
- Encouraging others to join in harassment.
- Continuing to contact someone after they have asked you to stop.
- Using multiple accounts to avoid blocks, restrictions, or moderation actions.
4. Stalking and Unwanted Contact
Users must not use Artycen to stalk, monitor, intimidate, or repeatedly contact another person in an unwanted or invasive way.
Prohibited stalking or unwanted contact includes:
- Repeatedly contacting a user after being asked to stop.
- Following a user across posts, comments, profiles, or accounts to harass them.
- Creating new accounts to contact someone who blocked or restricted you.
- Tracking, monitoring, or publishing information about a user's location or activities.
- Threatening to reveal personal information unless someone responds or complies.
- Using Artycen to coordinate off-platform stalking, intimidation, or harassment.
5. Threats, Violence, and Dangerous Conduct
Users must not threaten, encourage, coordinate, or promote real-world violence, abuse, or harm.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Threatening to physically harm another person or group.
- Encouraging suicide, self-harm, assault, abuse, or real-world violence.
- Coordinating violent activity or targeted attacks.
- Praising or promoting acts of real-world violence in a way that may encourage harm.
- Using the platform to intimidate, extort, or coerce another person.
Fictional, artistic, literary, or dramatic depictions of violence may be allowed when they comply with our Content Policy and are not intended to promote real-world harm.
6. Hate, Dehumanization, and Protected Characteristics
Users must not promote hatred, dehumanization, exclusion, or violence against people based on protected or sensitive characteristics.
Protected or sensitive characteristics may include race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, age, or veteran status.
The following behavior is not allowed:
- Calling for violence, exclusion, or segregation against protected groups.
- Using dehumanizing language against protected groups.
- Promoting hateful ideologies or symbols in a way that encourages harm.
- Targeting users with slurs or degrading attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Denying or glorifying mass violence in a way that targets protected groups.
Discussion, criticism, satire, historical commentary, fictional depiction, or artistic use may be allowed when the context does not promote hatred or real-world harm.
7. Privacy, Doxxing, and Personal Information
Users must not share another person's private or identifying information without permission.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Posting someone's home address, phone number, private email address, or private contact information.
- Sharing private photos, private messages, legal names, workplace information, school information, or location details without consent.
- Threatening to reveal personal information.
- Encouraging others to find, expose, or misuse someone's personal information.
- Sharing information that could put someone at risk of harassment, stalking, or harm.
8. Sexual Harassment and Non-Consensual Conduct
Adult creative content may be allowed on Artycen under our Content Policy, but sexual harassment and non-consensual sexual conduct are not allowed.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Sending unwanted sexual messages, comments, images, or requests.
- Pressuring another user for sexual content, private images, or personal information.
- Making sexual threats or coercive sexual demands.
- Targeting a real person with sexual humiliation or sexualized abuse.
- Sharing or threatening to share intimate content without consent.
- Creating sexual content involving real people without their consent.
9. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
Users must not impersonate another person, creator, company, moderator, public figure, or Artycen representative in a misleading or deceptive way.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Pretending to be another user or creator.
- Using another person's name, likeness, profile, or identity to mislead others.
- Falsely claiming to represent Artycen or its team.
- Creating fake support, moderator, or official accounts.
- Misrepresenting ownership, authorship, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Parody, fan accounts, commentary, or fictional roleplay may be allowed if they are clearly labeled and not misleading.
10. Spam, Scams, and Platform Manipulation
Users must not use Artycen to spam, scam, deceive users, or manipulate platform systems.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Posting repetitive, low-quality, misleading, or irrelevant content at scale.
- Using fake engagement, bots, scripts, or automated activity to manipulate visibility.
- Posting phishing links, suspicious links, malicious files, or deceptive downloads.
- Running scams, fake giveaways, fake commissions, fake sales, or fraudulent offers.
- Misusing tags, titles, thumbnails, or descriptions to mislead users.
- Manipulating search, feeds, recommendations, reports, or moderation systems.
11. Multiple Accounts and Ban Evasion
Users must not create or use multiple accounts to evade enforcement, bypass blocks, avoid restrictions, manipulate engagement, or continue prohibited behavior.
Artycen may restrict or terminate accounts that are used for ban evasion, harassment, manipulation, impersonation, spam, or other abusive conduct.
12. Reports and Abuse of Reporting Tools
Artycen may provide tools for users to report content, accounts, or behavior that may violate our policies. Reports should be made in good faith.
Users must not abuse reporting tools. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Submitting false or misleading reports.
- Mass-reporting content or users to silence, punish, or harass them.
- Encouraging others to submit bad-faith reports.
- Using reports as a threat, pressure tactic, or harassment tool.
13. Creator Boundaries and Community Interaction
Creators and audiences are expected to respect each other's boundaries. Users are not required to respond to comments, messages, requests, commissions, feedback, criticism, or personal questions.
Users must not pressure creators or other users for content, personal relationships, private communication, discounts, refunds, sexual interaction, private images, or off-platform contact.
14. Criticism, Reviews, and Disagreements
Good-faith criticism, reviews, disagreement, parody, and debate may be allowed on Artycen. However, criticism must not become harassment, targeted abuse, threats, doxxing, or coordinated attacks.
Users should focus criticism on content, ideas, public behavior, or platform issues rather than using Artycen to personally attack, intimidate, or humiliate others.
15. Content Labels and User Responsibility
Users are responsible for accurately labeling their content. Adult content, sensitive content, violent content, disturbing content, and AI-generated or AI-assisted content must be labeled according to our Content Policy and the tools provided by Artycen.
Mislabeling content, hiding adult content, omitting AI-generated content labels, or using misleading tags may result in label correction, content removal, visibility restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.
16. Safety of Minors
Artycen does not allow behavior that exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or targets minors. Users must not contact minors for sexual purposes, request sexual content from minors, share sexual content involving real minors, or attempt to expose minors to adult content.
Users under 18 are not permitted to access, enable, view, upload, or interact with adult content. Attempts to bypass these restrictions may result in account suspension or termination.
17. Intellectual Property and Creative Rights
Users must respect the creative rights of others. Do not upload, repost, sell, claim, or distribute another person's work unless you have the right to do so.
Do not remove creator credits, falsely claim authorship, impersonate another creator, or use Artycen to distribute stolen or unauthorized works.

18. Security and Technical Abuse
Users must not interfere with the security, stability, or proper operation of Artycen.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, data, or features without permission.
- Using malware, scripts, bots, scrapers, or automated tools in abusive ways.
- Testing, scanning, or probing systems without authorization.
- Disrupting, overloading, or attacking the Service.
- Bypassing rate limits, security controls, moderation systems, or visibility restrictions.
- Collecting user data in bulk without permission.
19. Enforcement
Artycen may enforce these Community Guidelines at its sole discretion. Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning a user.
- Adding or correcting labels.
- Removing content.
- Restricting content visibility.
- Restricting search visibility.
- Restricting recommendation visibility.
- Limiting account features.
- Temporarily suspending an account.
- Permanently terminating an account.
- Blocking access to the Service.
- Reporting illegal or dangerous activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
We may consider context, severity, intent, user history, potential harm, legal risk, and platform integrity when deciding how to enforce these Guidelines.
20. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may contact us at contact@artycen.com. We may review appeals at our discretion.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that content will be restored, restrictions will be removed, or an account will be reinstated.
21. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, community needs, legal obligations, moderation practices, or safety standards.
Your continued use of Artycen after updated Guidelines become effective means that you agree to follow the updated Guidelines.
